of Sayalonga. Distance to the coast and beaches ± 11 km. The location is
very sunny and peaceful. The access goes partly over a dirt track, but
the entrance to the villa is with concrete.

This brand new villa is built of a very high standard and has a rustic
finishing touch. The villa has a big pool and separate jacuzzi for 9
persons.
Outside you have a pool ( 9.5 X 4 meter ), Complete covered jacuzzi with
big windows, so from there you also can enjoy the beautiful countryside,
BBQ-place, big terrace all around the pool.
The villa of ± 220 m² consists of a large covered porch, spacious salon
with fireplace, large luxurious very well equiped kitchen with all the
household appliances, cloakroom with toilet and shower,
5 bedrooms with each a modern bathroom en suite ( every bathroom has a shower ).
The whole atmosphere is rustic like the finishing of the ceilings, doors, inbuilt wardrobes, choice of tiles and paving stones. this is realy a perfect place to spend a high quality holiday. The villa has oil central heating so also suitable in the winter.
